One of the greatest challenges that businesses have is employee relations.  Individual desires and requirements always seem to interfere with an employee's ability to do the work that they have been hired to complete.  Often the first mistake is made when businesses fail to have a company handbook, job descriptions or clear expectations communicated at the time of hiring the employee.  From there the employee is left creating their own job description and work schedule.

Again, planning is key to the success of businesses.  We will provide you with a Company Handbook, Job Descriptions, Interview questions, Exit Interviews, Disciplinary action guidelines, Employee versus Contracted relationship & pertinent forms, Employments Forms (W-4, I-9).   We also provide the follow through that you require to set up clear communication with your employees about job expectations.
